Established in 1971 as a heavy civil, marine stevedore, and mechanical dredging company, Grillot Construction, LLC, has been in business for over 45 continuous years. Over the years, we have maintained our small business status which has allowed us to preserve the loyalty towards our employees as a family-oriented organization.

Grillot maintains a proactive safety program, which has resulted in an excellent safety record. We promote a Zero Accident and Injury Policy on all projects. We support and implement a zero tolerance for unsafe practices in the workplace. The corporate safety officer develops a site specific Accident Prevention Plan for each project. Safety meetings are held regularly to promote awareness. Periodic site inspections are performed to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
