Danny Grillot: General Superintendent
Danny is a third-generation member of Grillot Construction, as his grandfather originally founded the company. He is honored to bring his legacy into the present and future, adding to the family atmosphere we pride ourselves on at Grillot Construction. He has extensive experience performing in supervisory capacities that include, but are not limited to, Superintendent, Safety Officer, Environmental Compliance Officer, and Quality Control Manager. He runs an efficient, safe job site to ensure projects stay on track and maintain the quality our clients have come to know in Grillot Construction. This has protected Grillot's employees, customers, and assets against losses, injuries, and accidents through the enforcement of safe work practices.
When Danny is off the job site, he hunts and fishes or enjoys time with his family at their camp in Mississippi. He and his wife, Brandi, are also active in their two kids' schools, Aubrey (10) and Gavin (6).
Jason Cox: Operations Manager
Jason Cox brings 25 years of Heavy Civil Construction experience to Grillot Construction, serving as Operations Manager for the last 12 years. His meticulous nature suits him well in making sure all projects for Grillot run proficiently, while his previous experience encompasses a wide array of work features that provide him with the knowledge to oversee all facets of a project. Jason firmly believes in maintaining a high level of service and quality to all Clients to develop and preserve long-lasting relationships.
Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Louisiana Tech University. He is also the proud Husband to Sheryl, who is in her 19th year of teaching Elementary School, and Dad to three beautiful girls; Brynnlee (9), Jenna (16), and Kaitlynn (19), who is following in her dad's footsteps and studying Engineering at UL Lafayette.
Skye Hitt: Office Manager
Skye Hitt holds 12 years of construction administration experience as the Office Manager for Grillot Construction, in addition to a Certification in Construction Management earned from Louisiana State University. She plays a crucial role in the Main Office regarding human resources, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and contract documentation. This role has allowed her to create lasting relationships with Grillot Construction's Vendors and Clients.
Skye and her husband, Dustin, enjoy spending time with their children when not at work. In addition to both kids developing an early love for playing music, their six-year-old daughter Dylan plays soccer, and their ten-year-old son Jackson is part of a competitive Tae Kwon Do team called "Team NOLA".
Kerry Stafford: Managing Member
Kerry has served as the Managing Member of Grillot Construction since 2015. He was the sole proprietor of his own company, Bryncon Construction, from 2010 - 2015. He also has many years of experience in project management on a multitude of various projects. He has the philosophy that you must keep an open line of communication with all clients during all projects to ensure the quality of service that Grillot Construction delivers is up to the highest standard. This has provided lasting relationships with clients, which has enabled the company to work with them on multiple projects. Kerry is committed to the success of Grillot Construction, which is why he can often be spotted with a hard hat on, right beside his team.
Kerry has been married to his wife Priscilla for 44 years, and they are the proud parents of two grown daughters and 4 grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and, whenever possible, being on the lake, pursuing his passion for fishing.
